Your peace of mind and satisfaction are at the heart of what we do. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ve made our return and exchange process as smooth and caring as possible.

1.  Eligibility Window

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 24 hours after delivery confirmation. After that, we’ll be unable to process requests, as items are considered complete and in transit to you.

2. ✅ What You Can Return or Exchange

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product (visible upon unboxing)
  • Incomplete orders (missing items)

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges due to change of mind or usage.

3.  How to Initiate

  1. Email us at wildbhalu@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your Order Number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief explanation of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

4.  Return Shipping

Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) code and shipping instructions.

  • In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we kindly request that you arrange for the return shipment to us within India at your convenience.
  • For other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return postage.

Please ship the item within 3 business days after receiving the RA code.

5. Exchanges

If your request is for an exchange:

  • Reply via email with the replacement product you’d like (if available).
  • We’ll ship it once your original item is received and inspected. Approved Exchange/Replacement product will be delivered within 7 days.
  • If the replacement costs more, we’ll let you know the additional amount. If it’s cheaper, we’ll refund the difference via your original payment method.

6. Refunds

Refunds (when applicable) are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Incorrect/damaged items → Within five business days, we will either dispatch a replacement of the same product or provide a comprehensive refund, inclusive of all shipping charges, to guarantee your complete peace of mind.
  • Other eligible returns → Refund of the item cost within 5 business days (shipping refunded only if we provided a return label).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–7 business days to reflect.

7. 🛑 Ineligible Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Items beyond the 24 hours window
  • Opened, used, or rewrapped products

8. ⛔ Order Cancellations

Cancellation is possible only within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, your order enters processing, and we’re unable to cancel or refund.
