🕒 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking details.

Note: During high demand periods (festivals, sales, launches), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery may take upto 7 Business days.


🚚 Shipping Coverage

We proudly deliver to every corner of India, reaching even the most remote and secluded destinations. From bustling cities to the quietest corners, our shipping network spans the entire breadth of India. We currently ship across India, including metro cities, towns, and most rural PIN codes.

Once shipped, your tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.

📦 Damaged / Lost Packages

In rare cases of:

  • Damaged product: Please share photos and unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery
  • Lost package: We'll coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund

Our shipments are thoughtfully encased in a minimum of two to three layers of protective packaging, ensuring the utmost safety during transit. Fragile items are afforded additional cushioning and meticulous handling to guarantee their pristine arrival.
